Aperol Spritz

Origin

By the 1950s, the Veneto spritz had met Aperol, turning a Habsburg-era habit of lengthening wine with water into Italy’s easygoing aperitivo ritual.

Ingredients

• 4 oz. (120 ml) - Prosecco
• 2 oz. (60 ml) - Aperol
• 1 oz. (30 ml) - Club Soda

1. Add ice to a wine glass
