Coconut Oil-Washed Campari

Ingredients

  • 750 ml - Campari
  • 144 g - Coconut Oil (Unrefined)

Method

  1. Warm the Coconut Oil until liquid.
  2. Pour the oil into a container along with Campari.
  3. Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  4. Place the container into the freezer for an hour or until the oil freezes.
  5. Strain out fat solids through a filter.
