Cream of Coconut

Ingredients

  • 400 ml - Coconut Cream
  • 350 g - White Sugar
  • 0.75 g - Xanthan Gum
  • 0.5 g - Salt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the Xanthan Gum in a saucepan.
  2. Place on a low heat on the stovetop.
  3. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Blend with the Xanthan Gum.
