Ingredients
- 100 g - Ginger Root
- 4 oz. (120 ml) - Honey
- 4 oz. (120 ml) - Water
Method
- Peel and slice the ginger.
- Combine ginger, honey and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Continue to stir occasionally.
- Take off the heat and let cool.
- Steep in refrigerator over night.
- Strain with a cheesecloth.
- Pour into a clean glass bottle.
