Honey & Ginger Syrup

Ingredients

  • 100 g - Ginger Root
  • 4 oz. (120 ml) - Honey
  • 4 oz. (120 ml) - Water

Method

  1. Peel and slice the ginger.
  2. Combine ginger, honey and water in a pot.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Continue to stir occasionally.
  6. Take off the heat and let cool.
  7. Steep in refrigerator over night.
  8. Strain with a cheesecloth.
  9. Pour into a clean glass bottle.
