Honey & Ginger Syrup
100 g - Ginger Root
4 oz. (120 ml) - Honey
4 oz. (120 ml) - Water
Peel and slice the ginger.
Combine ginger, honey and water in a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Continue to stir occasionally.
Take off the heat and let cool.
Steep in refrigerator over night.
Strain with a cheesecloth.
Pour into a clean glass bottle.
