Kiwi Bellini

Ingredients

• 1 pc. - Kiwi
• 1 ¼ oz. (37.5 ml) - Vodka
• ¼ oz. (7.5 ml) - Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz. (7.5 ml) - Semi-Rich Simple Syrup
• 3 oz. (90 ml) - Prosecco

Method

1. Muddle the Kiwi.
2. Shake all ingredients, expect the Prosecco.
3. Double strain into a glass.
4. Top with Prosecco.
