Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. (30 ml) - Mezcal
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) - Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ oz. (15 ml) - Campari

Method

  1. Add ice to a mixing glass
  2. Add all the ingredients
  3. Stir cold
  4. Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube
