Negroni Sbagliato

Origin

At Bar Basso in Milan in the early 1970s, Mirko Stocchetto reportedly topped a Negroni with sparkling wine by mistake. The slip stuck and became the houses signature.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. (30 ml) - Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. (30 ml) - Campari
• 2 oz. (60 ml) - Prosecco

Method

1. Add ice to a mixing glass.
2. Add all ingredients, except the Prosecco.
3. Stir cold.
4. Add Prosecco to a wine glass with ice.
5. Strain the stired ingredients into the glass.
