Tommy's Margarita

Origin

In early 1990s San Francisco, Julio Bermejo at Tommy's Mexican Restaurant recast the Margarita around agave spirits and fresh lime, helping turn tequila bars toward 100 percent agave.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (60 ml) - Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) - Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. (15 ml) - Agave Syrup
