Vanilla Simple Syrup

Ingredients

• 100 g - White Sugar
• 100 g - Water
• 1 tsp. (5 ml) - Vanilla Extract

Method

1. Combine sugar and water in a pot.
2. On low heat, stir to integrate the sugar into the water.
3. Once the sugar is dissolved, take off the heat and let cool.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour into a clean glass bottle.
