Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
½ oz. (15 ml) -
Honey Syrup
1 ⅔ oz. (50 ml) - Heavy Cream
Method
Lightly whip the Heavy Cream.
Stir all ingredients, except the Heavy Cream.
Pour the stirred ingredients into the glass.
Layer the Heavy Cream.
