Ingredients
- 2 oz. (60 ml) - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
- ½ oz. (15 ml) - Honey Syrup
- 1 ⅔ oz. (50 ml) - Heavy Cream
Method
- Lightly whip the Heavy Cream.
- Stir all ingredients, except the Heavy Cream.
- Pour the stirred ingredients into the glass.
- Layer the Heavy Cream.
