Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (60 ml) - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
  • ½ oz. (15 ml) - Honey Syrup
  • 1 ⅔ oz. (50 ml) - Heavy Cream

Method

  1. Lightly whip the Heavy Cream.
  2. Stir all ingredients, except the Heavy Cream.
  3. Pour the stirred ingredients into the glass.
  4. Layer the Heavy Cream.
