Chili Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 300 g - White Overproof Rum
  • 25 g - Chipotle Chili (Deseeded)
  • 175 ml - Rich Simple Syrup

Method

  1. Add all the Rum and Chili to a closed container.
  2. Step for 2 weeks, with occasional stirs.
  3. Strain.
  4. Add the syrup.
  5. Bottle.
