Ingredients
300 g - White Overproof Rum
25 g - Chipotle Chili (Deseeded)
175 ml -
Rich Simple Syrup
Method
Add all the Rum and Chili to a closed container.
Step for 2 weeks, with occasional stirs.
Strain.
Add the syrup.
Bottle.
