Clover Club

Origin

Pre-Prohibition Philadelphia gave this drink its name. It was the house cocktail of the Clover Club, a men's club that gathered at the Hotel Bellevue from the 1880s onward.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. (60 ml) - Gin
• ¾ oz. (22.5 ml) - Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz. (22.5 ml) - Raspberry Syrup
• ½ oz. (15 ml) - Egg White
